How it began

Started in 2000/01 by Nigel Mott and Kenny Moore at St Edmunds at one stage we had enough boys turn up for 2 teams.
At under 10 level we went into the last game needing to win or draw to win the league, we lost 3.0 and finished 3rd ! However we did win the Cup beating Grove on penalties.
The following year we won the league, beating Marston Saints in the last game of the season 5.3 at Boxhill a fantastic game with probably the best football seen at this level.
Under 12's we reached the Berks and Bucks semi final losing out to Sandhurst and some very strange refereeing !
We then went into a bit of free fall returning at under 14's to a Cup Final which we lost. We did however manage to play every season in the OMBL in the A league.
We were approached 2 years ago to become Abingdon Town, an offer we were only to pleased to accept.
