The Club was formed in 1963 as Caldecott Boys, later to become Abingdon Boys, in 2000 there was another name change to Abingdon Boys & Girls, in 2002 the club adopted its present name Abingdon Youth FC.

Although the Town became part of Oxfordshire in 1974 (Historically Berkshire) it is affiliated to the Berks & Bucks FA.

All home games are played at Southern Town Park, Lambrick Way, OX14-5TJ

Colours-Yellow Shirts-Green shorts

All competitive teams play in the Oxford Mail Boys League

The Berks & Bucks County Cup (under 12’s to under 15’s)

All Managers are at least Level one FA qualified


The Club was awarded FA Charter Standard Development stautus in 2011, and is working to attain Community Status.  


The Club has also became a Community partner Club with Oxford United,the first in the County to do so.
