AC Plymouth is a youth football club based in Plymouth in Devon, we operate 5 teams ranging from Under 8's to Under 12's for the 2010/11 season, which runs from 1st July 2010 through to 30th June 2011

Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
