New Season, New Signing on and No new prices

As we look forward to the start of the new season and what we hope will be another fun packed, sport filled and enjoyable season for all the teams we need to look at signing on, below the club outlines its signing on process and fees etc:

Signing on:

We look to get all players from their respective age groups signed on in June 2011, there will always be players who join late but our aim is to be able submit to the respective leagues a list of players.

Fee Structure for 2011/2012 season:
For 2011 there is a signing on fee to cover costs for passports, league fees, insurance etc this fee is £20
There is a £10 kit deposit for all new kits issued to the teams, this is refundable upon leaving the club and the kit being returned, if you have previously paid the kit deposit and are still with the club there is no need to pay again.
For the age groups 7 and 8 the total cost for the season (12 months running from the 1st July to the 30th June) are £108, this covers pitch hire and football equipment
For the age groups 9,10,11,12 and 13 the total cost for the season is £210 (no increase from last year) this covers the cost of the pitch hire, football equipment, referees fees, etc.
We have been asked about sponsorship and reduced fees for different cases and we are looking into this as a way of reducing the fees but at this time we are unable to but we have been able to keep the fees the same as last year despite our costs increasing.
As a club and to maximise the time a coach spends training we ask that all players pay by direct debit, if you wish to have alternative arrangements please contact either your coach or Martin Hunt (treasurer) to discuss your requirements.
The club is non profit making so everything that comes in is allocated to support the club, if you know of anyone wishing to sponsor or who has money to invest in your club then please let us know
