After moving across from Dronfield Town in the summer of 2011, Ross had a spectacularly successful first season for AFC, hitting 38 goals from midfield, including an incredible eight hat-tricks. He carried on in similar fashion last season, ending up as top-scorer with 34 goals (including five more hat-tricks). He’s ultra-competitive and gets involved all over the pitch; it's easy to forget that he's the youngest outfield player on the books.
