Although AFC Dronfield have played in the Hope Valley League for 2 years they where then known as AFC Dronfield Woodhouse and will for the coming season although to us they are now a major part of AFC Dronfield.

What is different is the squad:
The team has been brought together by Mike Bearder with the help of Darren Lumley.
This is a young side with an average age of about 20 years, but is packed with experience.
3 players have Professional club experience as apprentices plus many of the players have already played at a good standard, with a few about to experience this level of football for the first time.
They will play all their HOME Matches @ Gosforth Fields Dronfield the Home of AFC Dronfield.
Their matches will be played on the fantastic 3G ATP Facility so please remember if your a visiting team NO ALUMINIUM STUDS ALLOWED Moulded Studs are great as are Hard Ground Blades or training boots.
