FYI - Andrea and James have now left England to start a new life together in America. We are pleased to be able to tell you that the team will now be managed by Michelle and Tommy (Ash's mum and Amber's dad).
The Sapphires was formed in July 2008, the team is made up from a couple of players who played for the Colts U10 team last season and the rest of the players have never played football for anyone before.
The team is run by Andrea & James who vey kindly stepped into run the team to enable them to enter into the league.

The original idea was to have a KC girls team at U10 and U11 however after the trials there was not enough players for an U10 team and it came about that there would be 2 U11 teams.
