Playing the top team in division 1 who are unbeaten this season was always going to be hard.

But those of us who train the kids, know that our kids have no fear, they will play anyteam anytime and give all they can.

As always our committment was 100% and at half time the score was 0-0. We conceeded one goal in the second half and the final result ended that way at 1-0.

Their team were good, big strong and quick, they played football well, attacking nin numbers with pace. But as ever our kids were not in awe, they played and tackled with character.

There was one movement where we passed from defence to attack using one touch football.
If the boys continue to progress they way they are, i can see us being one of the strongest teams at 11 a side.

Again, many choices for man of the match, but Matthew Holdway was outstanding in defence the 1st half so he was awarded the title for this week.

We now have 3 weeks off, so enjoy Christmas and the new year and back trainign 10th january where we can start to win all our games.
