The F.A. Charter Standard Adult Club - Hertfordshire & East Region Winner's 2006; Athletico Futebol Clube Santos or A.F.C. Santos (The Lions) was formed in August 2004.
We are currently involved in The North Herts League's. As of 2006/07 the North & Mid Herts League will join to create a fantastic league set up for Hertfordshire.
The Lions became ‘F.A. Charter Standard 'Adult' Club’ in 2005 in Hertfordshire, and are one of only 6 Clubs to have achieved this to date.
New Club Sponsorship is with 'Bottles - Bar & Restaurant' based in Middle Row Old Town, Stevenage, Hertfordshire. We would like to 'Thank' Bottles for their huge support!
The Club Bank with 'Nat West' Bank of which all Players pay subs via 'Direct Debit' including Player Fines. 2006/07 Annual Subscription fee is set at £20.00 per Player. The club has a pay-to-play policy, with match fees of £4 per game, or £2.00 for under-21 members not in full-time employment + Substitutes.

We are always looking out for new talent from the ages of 16+ years to 35+ depending on fitness levels and playing experience.
Training three times a week at Meadway Park in Stevenage. Mondays 7pm - 8pm, Wednesdays 7pm - 8:30pm, and Saturday 10:30am - 1pm. Any one interested please contact the Club expressing your interest, and why not come along and enjoy a session or two?
