Biography

Shaun decided to take up management when as a player, he saw aweful decisions and appalling management from squads he'd been in. Determined to create a squad of decent players with great attitude, communication and professionalism, not often found at Sunday League level.

The 2009/10 season was his first in charge and resulted in AFC Thanet winning division 3 of the TSFL, with 18 games played, 17 wins and a single loss, Division Cup Runners-up and Challenge Cup quarter-finalists.
