In what was another great season Martin Elwick and Richie Howells continued to push the 1st team forward losing only one game in the league this season. They currently lie top of Division One but have to wait until the end of Abertillery Bluebirds season, which has been extended by a couple of weeks. Whatever the out come 1st or 2nd place is another step forward.
The 2nd team managed to defend their Newport & District Premier Y title under the management of Malcolm Blackbird and Andy Inson. Giving the club it's first back-to-back titles since the early 90's. Lliswerry pushed them very hard for the title giving us a nail biting finish they were only to be beaten by Albion’s better goal difference.
The 3rd and 4th teams had tough seasons and battled their way through, picking up some impressive victories over the campaign, both finishing Mid Table. The manager’s Mark Brittan and Shaun Hamill performed great jobs.
The committee would like to thank all of the Management, players, supporters and sponsors for their commitment and support throughout the season.
