Founded in 1998, the club originally played in the Essex Business House League in which it had reasonable success, gaining entry to the Premier Division after promotion 3 seasons in a row.

In 2002 the club joined the Essex Olympian League and in the first season came top of the old 3rd Division. The club has made steady progress since then, including lifting the Romford Charity Cup in the 2006/07 season and gaining promotion to the Premier Division in 2008/09.

The reserve team have also enjoyed similar success in the Essex Olympian League and were rewarded with promotion to Reserve Division One last year.
