R I D E - is our simple fourstep philosphy developed and managed by our Head Coach Mike Nolan. It's simple and we want everyone to understand it. R = Respect I = Include D = Develop E = Enjoy We should look to every match and every action we take to reflect this simple and key four principles. If we do we will maintain the simple great football club that AAJFC set out to be. That also applies to how we treat the opposition and visitors, it's a reputation we have as one of the friendliest clubs around and we want to keep it.
Pressure Free - what does that mean? Well, that means that all AAJFC parents and managers are asked to respect all children of all abilities and let them play football. We will take strong action on anyone not following this simple guideline. We are not a Win at all cost club. We expect our players to give 100% and that's it. If we win then fantastic, we're all striving for that, but as we know, within all teams we have availabilty and numbers issues at times as well as mixed abilities. We do not show or display anger at matches especially aimed at individual players or our teams. We encourage, praise and are constructive in the way we speak to players, referrees and coaches.
