  • ALKRINGTON DYNAMOS

    Alkrington Dynamos FC was founded in 1991 and at that time was purely a junior football club consisting of four youth teams and played in the Rochdale Youth League.

    The club for many seasons saw a great deal of success collecting many honours and trophies.

    Leaving the Rochdale Youth League in 1999, the club by this time had been reduced to just one team. After a couple of seasons in the Bolton Federation they moved to senior football in the Middleton Sunday League and then onto the Lancashire and Cheshire League in season 2005/06.

    The forthcoming season of 2011/12 sees the clubat their strongest ever, now consisting of two senior and four youth teams.
