Carry on past Wrightington Hospital to the next crossroads.
Turn left at the Dicconson Arms into Appley Lane North.
Follow road down for at least one and half miles.
Go over two bridges and the ground is on the left opposite the Sam's Bar Pub.
Entrance to car park at end of wall and playing ground.
