Today was to be a taste of things to come, as we palyed our first 9 aside match on what appeared to be a huge pitch.
9 aside football will be much more tiring with approximately 60% more pitch to cover, but the team acquitted themselves very well in competing with Boyne Hill, and were happy to draw two of the thirds 0-0 and 1-1, and conceding 3 goals in the other third.
We can now concentrate on doing as well as possible in our reminaing 7 aside games starting with a trip to near-neighbours Wokingham and Emmbrook on saturday.
