The Rag made a much needed improvement on there league position despite still finishing in the bottom half the Rag won the Invitation cup at the end of the season beating Harpur Hill Club 2-0 at The Silverlands.

The key to the Rags improvement during the season were the signings of Ant Hunter, Luke Davin and Mike Curzon to strengthen the defence also signing fowards Mike Goodchild and Neil Jones gave the Rag plenty of attacking threat Mike finished the season as the clubs top goalscorer with Neil finishing 2nd both notching more than 20 goals during the season.
