Bare Rangers welcome players of all abilities, ages and gender. We are repesented in both the local leagues. U9`s, 10`s and 11`s play in the Lune & District Youth League. Lancaster & Morecambe service to Youth League see our older teams play in U12, U13, U14, U15 and U16 age groups. At present for season 2010/11 we will have 19 teams in these 2 leagues and hopefully we will have 2 playing in a friendlies only D league.

We are one of 2 clubs in our area to be awarded the Charter Standard Development Award by the FA.
Coaching is taken by fully qualified FA coaches, who are all in date with First Aid and Safe Guarding Children. Outwith these age groups we have on a Thursday and Friday night all other non playing age groups been coached by our very patient and understanding coaches! .

Bare Rangers was founded nearly 15 years ago and has gone from strength to strength. We are the largest youth football club in the area with 300+ players at all the mentioned age groups, a waiting list grows bigger each month, proving our popularity in the area. We run regular Football Camps in all the school holidays(except xmas further fuelling the rumour that Phil Davies actually is Santa!)which are great fun.

Enjoyment is the key word at the club and nobody will be turned away, we encourage all abilities and for those that stand out we will assist to strive for excellence. At present we have a number of ex players at the centre of excellence at Blackburn, which we have a club link with. We have Community links with a number of local schools Morecambe High , Heysham High, Great Wood Primary School and Torrisholme Rd, St Peters. We hope to expand on this over the coming months.
