Squad Formation

This squad was formed from a large age group,originally of kids born in 2000.A big intake for BBC that year which meant a separation was the best option.One section and set of players would remain with 2 other coaches and participate in the Johnstone & District League and this group would take part in the ERSDA set up.
Barry Lemke has been a coach from the start,and then joined by Iain Adam to help with running the squad.Davie Elliot then joined the squad.Due to work comittments Iain then had to leave, leaving Barry and Davie to take the squad forward, later Brian Gillan joined to help with the squad.
Kids born in 2001 also joined the squad,in the earlier stages.
The current group grows in strength on a weekly basis,and the development of the kids is showing,this is down to the hard work and dedication of the coaches.
The squad was given a boost in 2008 with a major sponsorship deal with Gordon Leslie Distribution who proudly sponsor the team playing kit.
