THE ROLE
You will be dealing with the industrial market place from the Leicester location covering a geographical area that encompasses Leicester and surrounding areas. Dealing with a wide variety of different types of industry your business will come from warehousing, production and logistics.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of your own temp plan and will ultimately be self sufficient in terms of business generation. However due to a diverse database you will consistently be working from a bank of warm leads.
This company prides itself on "Quality Service", you will therefore need to have the ability to provide a consistently high level of client care whilst being able to cope with fast past environment that Industrial Recruitment provides.
THE PERSON
The ideal applicant will have industry experience, however if you have the right attitude to work in a sales orientated environment then your application will still be GENUINELY considered. It is essential that you have a good sense of humour as well as a down to earth approach. Resilience, determination and a pure desire to be the best at what you do are just a few traits that you will require in this role.
Due to company culture, you will be money orientated and career focussed. This position requires someone who is prepared to give 110% day in, day out. You will be dedicated enough to reap the rewards that this company offers to those that achieve.

The basic salary is negotiable, largely depending on the individual. On target earnings range from £30k to £35k for those that are prepared to work.

Players required to strengthen current squad and push for promotion and honours. All positions welcome.
We currently train every Saturday morning 09:00-11:00(approx) and Thursdays 18:30-20:00.
All coaches are Min. Level I qualified with a belief in Development and Progression of Players of all abilities.
Currently in Division 4, but aim to be promoted first time of asking.
