Team Selection:

The squad for each match whenever possible will be announced on a Wednesday night, provided that enough players have made themselves available for the fixture, either by attending the training session or contacting the management team as required before 8pm Wednesday.

If the squad details are unable to be announced on a Wednesday evening then details will be posted on facebook, and on this website usually on a Thursday and also by text message or email.

If an individual is unable to attend a training session due to having to work or having another valid reason, then they will also be considered provided that they have made the management team aware of their availability.

Match Day Fees Due:

Full 90 Minutes = £5.00 - (Broken down to approximately £1.00 per 18 minutes)

£1.00 reduction of match fees for a player, who is at college or out of work, but only after proof provided.

Signing On fee from every player (For their first 10 matches - @ £1 per game).

Those who train pay the required fee for the session, those who “Start” a match the following Sunday but were NOT at the Training session pay £1.00 to help towards our costs for Training Sessions. If a player comes on as a “Substitute” to make it fair a payment of just 50p would be due.

Weekly Wednesday Night Training:

Weekly Training at the BAWA Club will commence from Wednesday 13^th July going through until the end of August, with the sessions starting @ 6:45pm prompt. From Wednesday 7^th September Training  sessions will switch to the Southmead Community Sports, “All Weather” facility, at Jarretts Road, Southmead, Bristol BS10 6WF, with the sessions again starting @ 6:30pm.

We plan to charge just £1 per person per session; however this would be looked at again by the “Management Committee” if we were to find our costs were not being covered on a regular basis.

Signing On Fees

An initial £5.00 of the Annual Subscriptions (Signing on Fee) is required to be paid when completion of the league registration form takes place. - A Player will only be available for selection 5 day’s after completion of the registration form or all the required “League & FA checks have been completed satisfactorily by the Club Secretary.

Any player can if they so wish pay their Full Annual Subscription Fee of £15.00 when completing their league registration form, however if an individual leaves the club NO part of the Subscription Fee will be refundable.   

If a player who has either paid in full their Annual Subscription Fee or has paid Subscriptions in advance, becomes injured during the season before participating in 15 matches, then the “In Credit Payment” can be refunded at the Management Committees discretion.
