Here is a collection of interesting snipets from different professional clubs and football organisations.

FIFA

France have developed more high quality players than any other European country but only ever qualified twice for the FIFA Under 20 Tournament and have never been ranked in the top3!

What to look for in Youth Football?

TIPS (Ajax): Talent, Intelligence, Personality, Speed
TABS (Liverpool): Technical, Attitude, Balance, Speed
SUPS: Speed, Understanding, Personality, Skill
PAS: Pace, Attitude, Skill

Ajax Academy - Sessions per week
Under 11: 2 Training + 1 game
12-14 yrs - 3 Training + 1 game
15-16yrs - 4/5 Training + 1 game
17-19yrs - 7 Training + 1 game
