The Red Lion Beefeater Pub and Premier Travel Inn Bispham

BJFF's partnership with The Red Lion sees us host numerous fund-raising and social events in the pub / function room throughout the year. We also recommend The Red Lion and Premier Travel Inn to all of our visiting teams. The Red Lion is an old Coaching Inn built about 120 years ago and has been in the hub of Bispham village, three miles from Blackpool, and the closest pub / restaurant / hotel to BJFF's home ground. With a ½ million pound refurbishment in 2004, it is a modern style venue with autumnal colours of greens, creams and oranges with booth seating to enjoy an intimate dinner or drink. The IGOAL has been developed over a two year period along with partners in engineering and quality control who have a 20 year experience in international manufacture and distribution. All the components are tried and tested and widely used in different areas of industry. Amateur football leagues and recreational players will also find the IGOAL adds a new dimension to their enjoyment of the game. Central Insurance Services was established in 1989 by the Yates family. Originally, Eric & Peter Yates worked in the insurance industry in the 1960’s with the Prudential. Following Eric’s retirement, son Peter and wife Mavis moved into the Broking sector of insurance in the late 1970’s and they would eventually be joined in the 80’s by their son Mark, now current Managing Director of Central Insurance. Mark has been Managing Director of Central Insurance since 2001 where he has expanded the business along with his wife and fellow Director, Janette.
