A game which was in doubt due to the freezing conditions, went ahead with Bollington United only able to field 10 players and their character and work rate was never in question. An off the ball incident saw one of the Stockport players dismissed and what followed was the ugly side of football. Some of the opposition supporters need to reflect on their behaviour - certainly at time when the FA are trying to promote the RESPECT campaign in football. Back to the football - both teams had chances to score but it was Stockport who took them - on another day football would have been the winner.
