P4/5 Festival Fun had by all

We held a free festival on the Meggetland 3G for P4/5 girls who play for EPSSA girls teams.

This aim was to give the girls from across the schools an opportunity to come and mix in a BTFC coach lead fun football experience, using the 3G for a structured themed festival featuring technical exercises and small sided games.

Hopefully we will have engendered a greater love of the game for the girls and demonstrated what we can offer if they take the additional pathway into club football.
 
The reaction from the school coaches was very positive and Cliff Barroclough from Bruntsfield PS commented:

" On behalf of Bruntsfield Primary School, thanks for organising the P4/5 Festival on Saturday.
A master class in creative and enjoyable training routines that had the girls playing with smiles on their faces throughout. It was a great advert for what Boroughmuir Thistle can offer."
