Bowburn Athletic Juniors Football Club: (Charter Standard Club)

Bowburn's Premier Youth Football Club who train and play at First Class Facilities that meet the requirements for our Teams and we are the only Club in Bowburn to have FA Qualified Coaches running each team. Our Teams have been in the Russell Foster Youth League since 2003, the original Bowburn Boys FC Teams. Our Club is a totally independent Youth Football Club but has strong links with Kelloe WMC FC the areas No1 Sunday morning Football Club.

None of our Committee are involved with any adult teams unlike other childrens football club's in Bowburn, every Committee Member gives this Club 110% and our players come first.

Bowburn Athletic Football Club is the areas No1 childrens football club and are always on the look out for new members and warmly welcome anyone to come along and join in the fun and fitness. This Club offers a fantastic opportunity for children of all ages (5 - 18 years), both boys and girls the chance to participate in training, equal opportunity and the motivation to be part of a real team.

Everyone at this Club takes great pride in "encouraging,promoting and developing junior football". With numerous superb qualified coaches and referees on hand offering advise, support & development, knowledge and expertese. Currently the Club has four facilities where the teams train and play, Coxhoe Leisure Centre - Kelloe Football Ground - Quarrington Hill Football Ground and Mainsforth Sports Complex.

We are delighted to report our great attitude and team spirit that 100% of members of this Club play League Football, as we simply don't agree with having members paying subs who can't play in our teams, this Club keeps growing from strength to strength every week.
