Football Foundation

The Foundation is the UK’s largest sports charity, investing £45m each year into community projects. It is funded equally by the Premier League, The FA and the Government, who each provide £15m a year. £31,875,000 of this goes into local facilities through the Football Foundation. £7,500,000 goes towards communities schemes that use sport as a tool to address issues like obesity, social exclusion and education. £5,625,000 goes into safer stadia for football fans through the Foundation’s sister organisation the Football Stadia Improvement Fund (FSIF).
