FA Respect Campaign
The FA has been trying to push through the Respect campaing, respecting your opponents, referees etc., at a grassroots level. Part of the campaign is to mark off the pitched with a 2 metre barrier either side to keep spectators off the playing area.
The Stockport Metro League has signed up to this campaign and is asking all clubs to comply.
Our opponents on Saturday, Bollington, now mark off the pitch in a way where the parents and spectators are at one side & managers at the other. Please be aware of this on Sunday if someone from the opposition directs you to one side of the pitch.
