CLUB HISTORY
About us (01/04/07)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Brampton Rovers AFC Junior Football Club has been established since 1966 and this year we have 18 Junior Teams:- U7s, 2 * U8s, 2 * U9s, 3 * U10s, U11s, 2 * U12s, U13s, 2 * U14s, U15s, U18s, Girls U11s and U13s. We anticipate that as a result of demand we may field 3 more teams in the 2008/2009 season.

We also run a Saturday Morning Club aimed at ages 5 – 7 beginners group and an 8years and over group, this is open to boys and girls of any ability.

We offer a safe and fun environment for all age groups to enjoy the game of football in Chesterfield.

The majority of our Coaches are F.A. trained.

The Club has achieved Charter Standard

The Club is run by volunteers and the organisation is a non-profit making as all funds are re-invested back into the Club.

Our vision is to encourage and promote a healthy sports activity through football for children ages 5 to 18.

This also brings about other benefits such as giving the children another social circle in which they can make friends, develop and grow in confidence. Bonds forged in junior football are very often life long. Football is an international language.
