We are a junior football club of 30 years standing with FA Charter Standard accreditation.
The �Home� of Brandlesholme Warriors are playing fields off Ripon Hall Avenue, Ramsbottom that has 4 mini-soccer football pitches for the U6-U10 year olds. These pitches are managed by the hard work and dedication of parents, managers, coaches and friends of the club. Our U11-U16 year olds play at Close Park, Radcliffe due to the lack of available pitches in the Ramsbottom area.
Our clubs has 17 football teams ranging from U6-U17 years currently. U6, 7�s(x2), 8�s, 9�s, 10�s, 11�s(x2), 13�s, 14�s, 15�s & U16's (x3). We also have a girl�s section in the U15 & U17 age groups.
Teams between U7-11& U15 Girls teams play in the Bolton & Bury Mini-Soccer League, whilst our U13-16 teams play in the North Bury League. The clubs U17 Girls play in the North Valley League. We have one Sunday team, U16, who play in the Bury & Radcliffe Sunday League.
All BWJFC coaches are qualified to F.A. standard in Level One and Two coaching so to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for the children to play football in. All coaches are CRB checked with qualifications in Emergency First Aid & Child Protection.
Winter training, floodlit & indoor, is provided by the club at Woodhey High School, Ramsbottom, Broad Oak High School, Derby High School & St Gabriel�s High School, Bury.
We also offer all our Goalkeepers specialised training by a qualified Goalkeeping coach from a Football League Club.
We have school club links with all schools in the Ramsbottom area, holding free of charge coaching sessions every March / April introducing young children to football in co-operation with Manchester F.A. We have direct links with Peel Brow Primary School, Ramsbottom which one of the coaches has assisted in successfully completing the Charter Standard for Schools Awarded by the F.A.
