U15’s Presentation Evening

Town juniors celebrated the 2005/6 season in style with their presentation evening held at the club on Friday 5th May.

The clubhouse was full to see awards presented to the squad who all received Bridlington Town 2005/6 medals and framed team photographs.

Prior to the presentation bouquets of flowers were given out to Gail Hall, Sue Webb and Sharon Palmer, boxes of chocolates to the bar and kitchen staff and a crate of beer the Hendrich the grounds man all who contribute tremendously in supporting the team throughout the season.

The individual awards for 2005/6 went to;

Luke Dunne-Most consistent
Robert Scott-Most improved.
Jamie Williamson-Players player.
James Webb-Referee’s man of the match.
Jamie Williamson-Parent/Supporters player.
Chris Wilkinson-Coaches award.
Ryan Tranmer-Managers award.
Nathan Hancock-Chairman’s award for achievement.

Chris Bemrose (BTAFC Secretary) was presented with a bottle of whisky and a trophy from the team as a thank you for his behind the scenes support over the past 6 seasons.

A special thank you to Keith Pinder (Hull Sunday Boys League) who attended the evening for the 3rd year.

Bridlington Town juniors would like to thank Peter Smurthwaite, the Bridlington Town AFC Committee and all the unsung heroes who come along and help make the team the success that is Bridlington Town Juniors.

The players are now taking a well-earned break before resuming training in June in readiness for the tournament season and pre-season friendly matches.
