After playing in the D&E league and working their way up to the Premier division Buckland Reserves made the switch to the SDL in 2006 entering it at Div 4. Since that successful switch they have now progressed to the SDL Premier.

The 2^nd Team finished as runners-up in the SDL Premier Division, but they did win the Herald Cup for the first time in the clubs history, berating Watcombe Wanderers in that final 3-2 after extra time.  They also made it through to the semi-finals of the Devon Premier Cup, beaten by eventual winners and SWPL Division One East winners Liverton United.
