Cadbury Athletic Football Club was founded in 1994 by Chairman John Peckham and Committee member Roger Hughes, their first signing was Gerry Boyle as secretary. Gerry stepped down from being secretary at the end of 2002/3 season and was succeeded by Ron Thorn. General Manager is Graham Thorn who is responsible for the team managers Jimmy Rowe and Matt Kirby (1st Team), and Jon Slater and Neil Martin (Reserve Team).
As well as these two open age sides, Cadbury Athletic also run twelve junior sides in the Central Warwickshire League.
