CLUB HISTORY
CADLEY F.C. HISTORY (30/07/07)

Cadley F.C. trace their history back to 1995/96 when as Cadley Boys Under 11's, they became Champions of the Central Lancs League, and continued their success, winning further titles and cups over the next 6 years. In 2000, as Cadley Youth, they were Founder Members of the LEP Youth League, winning the Championship in 2001/02. In their first year in the LEP Division 4 , Cadley FC were Runners Up and have gained promotion each subsequent year until the present time.In the season 2006 /07 we achieved our ambition by winning the First Division Championship and everyone connected with the club is keen for the Cadley FC to establish itself in the Premier Division.

Manager Glynn Hoyle and Assistant Manager Steve Sielski have been involved from the outset, and the Management Team is completed by Secretary - Judi Warren, and Treasurer - Alison Sielski.

The current squad comprises of a nucleus of original Cadley Boys team members; Steven Sielski, Adam Hoyle, Glen McCooke, David Clarkson and Andy Taylor, with other members having played in the past for other Central Lancs teams.

Current sponsors are local building contractors Baron Ltd, to whom the club are indebted for their continued support.

"We have now achieved our ambition to to play in the Premier Division of the LEP league.We are now focused upon consolidating our position in the top flight and providing a daunting yet sporting challenge to all our opponents."
