FROM THE M4
Take junction 33 off the M4 and take the A4232 to Cardiff, come off at culverhouse cross (first major exit).
AT the lights at the roundabout stay in the left hand lane and go down the A48 (Cowbridge Rd West)go through the first set of traffic lights and continue with the cemetery on your left hand side (beware of speed cameras).
At the next set of main traffic lights bare right into filter for right hand turn and turn right on to Heol Trelai then follow the road down to the next right hand turn. Turn right and then sharp left, when you reach the end of Cwrt yr Ala Road go under the bridge and the ground is found on the right hand side.
