Caerwys finished off their season with a win although they made hard work of it.  Halkyn took the lead when they were awarded a penalty after 20mins following a trip by Adam Lewis.  Gaz Henley levelled within a minute from the spot after he was pushed in the box.  Henley had a couple of chances to have increased the lead and Lee Jones blazed over the bar as Caerwys threatened on the counter attack with good build up play from Mike Henley on the right wing.  Henley atoned for his earlier misses in the first half when he gave his team a second half lead on the hour, after cutting in from the left flank his right footed shot was too strong for the young keeper and found the corner of the net from 18yds.  Halkyn scored a deserved equaliser after 75mins when Nathan Jones let one fly from 35yds out which gave Rob Marshall no chance in the Caerwys goal.  With five mins Lee Jones rifled home the winner with a great left footed drive from the corner of the box.  Caerwys had further chances with Dai Jones, Lee Jones and Gaz Henley going close.  A much improved performance with Gaz Rush just pipping Adam Lewis for man of the match.
