Cannock Town Under 9s

Many of the under 9s came through the clubs academy. The Under 9 team were started last summer when the team were entered into a tournament were despite showing fighting spirit the results didnt go their way and they were heavily beaten. Some doubts were raised as to how good they would be however with the additon of a few key players and under the guidance of Manger Chris Dorrington and Coach Stuart May they have progressed far this season and at the moment are on a 4 game unbeaten run and are sitting 4th in the league - not bad for a first season!! Next year Stu and Chris will be taking on new challenges and a new coaching team of Sam, Jamie and James will be taking over - I predict a trophy with Cannock Town on it next year!!
