Report

This was our 2nd 11aside game against a good Plymouth Trophyman side.
The game started with both teams showing good attacking play. If anything i thought that Trophyman shaded the opening 10 minutes but some good defendind and goalkeeping positioning we kept it at 0-0.
We were awarded a free kick from outside the penalty box to the left had side which Cameron put away over the keeper to give us a 1-0 lead. Trophyman had a free kick at the end of the half which was blasted wide to gives a slender lead at the break.
The 2nd half saw us work more on the defensive line which we did fairly well considering it was only our 2nd game at 11 aside. Isaac popped up to give us a 2-0 lead with a nice strike from just inside the box.
Trophyman put us under some good pressure and deservedly got a goal back to leave a tense finish but we held on for a 2-1 victory.
Pepe recieved Opponents Man of the Match and Josh Recieved Managers Choice.
Thanks to Shane for the game and we look forward to the return game before the new season.
