Outside Influences - Trying

It seems odd to those here at the Club who are Volunteering their time to help our young players progress to the best level each one can possibly reach,  to strive to create a Quality Club who have Quality Mark status and full Club Dundee status with a good sporting ethos for all girls no matter their ability, to help find the funding to enable our playing members to be registered and insured with SWF, to have the training facilities they need - the kit they need - the training equipment they need, to give those players 100% commitment in aiding them to fully enjoy Club Football, to ensure everything that needs to be pre looked at and pre done to ensure their games go ahead as planned and that pitches, ref's, changing rooms are paid and opponents informed of games, to attend to all of these things whilst also attending not only Club meetings but SWF and SFA meetings,  to ensure that all the required paperwork ( which is a massisve amount of work) is done for each season to register every player, Volunteer and Club Structure itself with SWF, to ensure that all our Volunteers are up to date with all required Documentation such as First Aid, Coaching Badges and Child Protection Regulations and to do much much more to ensure our Club is running at the best it can possibly be run -- It seems odd to all of us Volunteers that some outside influences are watching over our Club and at the first opportunity they get if they think there is an issue even when there is not they like nothing better than to try and report it to someone who might but most likely do not care about what they have to say.  It is quite sad that these people cannot concentrate on their own lives and what's going on with them instead of bothering about a small happy and content Club such as ours, it is very very sad that the watchers would have such a thought as to try and cause issues with a young girls team, sometimes people should first perhaps think of all the good that Club Volunteers are doing and what they themselves are not, perhaps the outside influences should consider why our Club is so interesting to them to actually bother about watching over us, perhaps if they spent as much time tending to their own needs then their own lives would become a better place for them to spend more time in - instead of spending their time watching over this proud, player and opponent friendly Club. Hopefully the recent answers these outside influences have been giving regarding their queries about our Club will finally let them understand they are wasting their own time not ours - many thanks Watchers you have yet again shown us what a terrific Club we are - thankyou!!!!!!!!
