CHETTLE COURT RANGERS FC

Chettle Court Rangers Football Club (CCRFC) was established in September 2002 to promote the sport, health and education of children and young people in Haringey through football. With football used as the main driver and entry point to CCRFC, we work with children and young people to improve their health and also help them to deal with a whole range of personal development issues.

CCRFC currently supports over 120 children and young people from across the borough of Haringey.

CCRFC's provides two activities to the children and young people it supports. Firsly it provides after-school football coaching and activities. This oftens leads to the children and young people playing in leagues regionally and we aim to see some progress to play in leagues nationally. Secondly it provides personal development support to those experiencing behavioural or attitudinal issues.

Currently activities are run from the Ferry Lane Estate and Down Lane Recreation Park.
Our training sessions have moved children beyond playing on estates and into competitive matches.

CCRFC hold the AGM where it elects its own committee as well as three delegates to represent them at the general council of CCRFC. The Club is therefore run on full democratic principles and is one of the Clubs to have women represented at the decision making level. The Club is committed to making the life of all sections of the community productive and pleasant. It endeavours to involve and empower the young people in creative good work to help them grow as responsible citizens of our country. The Club operates on an open and transparent system where officers are fully accountable to the members.
