Dear Parent Guardian/Player

If your Child is selected to play in a team he/She must pay the registration fee. We be having a Cup game next year maybe.

(Like London Cup or League Cup)

The seasons last from mid-September until the end of April, and are expected to be available every Sunday including half terms.

Please Regular attendance at training is expected for Fitness, Health, Safety, Skills of your Child, If your Child does not attend and does not have an acceptable reason for doing so, then they have a less chanced of playing regularly in matches. Also if there is a continuous absence for training it may result in disciplinary action being taken by the coach, which could lead to a permanent dismissal from the squad.

There are no matches at Christmas or New Year and Easter weekend, and the Club will also request a free Sunday on the weekend before Christmas.

And we also be having a summer tournament after the league, Boca , Puma 2000, Arsenal, Fulham, Upminster, Watford International Tournament, we will be having a mid league.

If your Child is offered a place in Amateur or semi pro Team Please be aware of the following:

The league allows a maximum of 18 players in a squad, The Club will aim keep squad as small as possible. With only a certain number players allowed on match days, it follow (depending on the size of the squad) that some players may not be required, although they will be encouraged to come to Matches, get involved, and support their Team-mates.

Being a member of a squad is in itself an achievement and that point should be emphasised to the boys, No one will be guaranteed either a place or a position in a Team and Team selection will be on merit.

If your Child does not start Matches on a regular basis or perhaps loses his place or is substituted it should
Not be seen in Training or present as failure on his part, but simply part and parcel of competitive Team sports.

If you see it as failure then your child will too, it has been the experience that parents often handle these situations less well than the Children.

Please be honest with yourself and your Child about their ability and encourage them in Training, Match to practice and persevere if they hit a sticky pitch. If the game is cancel on cancel on Sunday there will be Training from that day.

If you or your Child will have difficulty either accepting or coping with any of these criteria then you must speak to the appropriate squad Manager before registration and if required ask him for an honest assessment of your Childs ability and playing prospect.

It is important that you and Child understand and fully accept all of these criteria before registration.

If you require clarification on these or any other point, Please contact Ricardo Mfuka on 07835866008,
Nsasa Mfuka 0208 374 8515.
