Father of three, living in Chilcompton since 1998. Started coaching this squad of players when some were as young as 7yrs. Committed to player development by allowing the game to be the teacher. No shouting from the sidelines; the game belongs to the players! Football should be fun but please be prepared to train hard and focus - we operate a rotation policy for a place in each match squad and a merit based approach to making the first XI.
