Civil Service Strollers were founded in 1908 and through all these years have remained strictly amateur. The ethos of the Club is to ensure that all who play football enjoy the game as a sport. To merge competitive spirit, skill and fair play to bring the best out of the game.
The senior team play in the East of Scotland Premier division and also qualify to play in the Scottish Cup .
We also have an amateur team playing in the Edinburgh Amateur Leagues on a Saturday.
We also have a soccer school running from ages 6 -11 and have a youth team at under 19 who play in the East of Scotland Youth League. It is hoped over the coming seasons to have a full compliment of youth teams up to under 21.
We are also represented in the East of Scotland Youth League and Scottish Youth Cup at under 19 level.
Civil Service Strollers receive no financial assistance from the Civil Service Sports Association and being strictly amateur rely on fundraising and sponsorship.
