THE BEGINNING OF CUSA FC... |
Back in 1997, several members approached the committee and asked to organise a football team so that matches could be arranged with supporters teams from other league clubs.
The CUSA FC was then born and played its first match on 18th October 1997 v Shrewsbury Town. Venue....University of Essex.

Since these early days the CUSA FC has played sides from Hedingham Omnibuses, Preston North End, Peterborough United, Barclays Bank, AFC Bournemouth, Essex Heating and Dagenham & Redbridge.
In early 2004, the players sought more regular football and in line with our friends from Blue Boar FC, we entered the Colchester & District Sunday League.
