an outstanding performance which combined both grit and determination with some fine football.
the first goal came on 33 mins when a perfectly weighted looping pass from Nuttall fell to Barker who ran through and slotted it home from 14 yards.
Chances kept coming however the second goal came on 75 mins when a fine free kick was met by O'Brien whose header was met by the on form Mortimer who headed home.
A fine stop from Holland kept the score at 2-0.
The Cranes back four were resolute and also tried to play football throughout the game.
MOTM Danny George - his fine passing and workrate alongside Mel Clarke were a joy to watch.
