Biography
Without doubt this football Club would not exist without Mike. During a long and distinguished career as Club Secretary he has become an expert is dealing with red tape issues and all other forms of football related paperwork. In recent years Mike has also served on the West Kent Sunday League Committee. He is one of only three people to be named Secretary of the Year twice, first in 1998/1999 and again in 2006/2007.
He has never played a game for the Club, although his son Paul played over 200 games. In 2011 Mike was the proudest man around when his grandson Josh finally took to the field in the Club colours.
Despite recently earning the right to a free bus pass after 18 years of loyal service there appears to be little sign of him slowing down. To put it simply – a legend.
