The Whites team are currently going through the move from Soccer 7's to 11-a-side.
They are currently playing in the 2nd Division of the East of Scotland Development League.
Many of the players in the squad have been with the CLub since they started playing football and have grown up playing football with each other. This has helped the core of the team to stay strong and we hope to be able to build on this over the coming season before moving to Competetive football.
Training

Training is on a Wednesday night from 6:15pm - 8:30pm at Newtongrange Star Football Club.
We have no spaces for any players at this time.

Since making the decision to play 11-a-side we have not looked back. The team has taken some knocks as they go through a steep learning curve, but despite some poor results we have continued to try to play good football.
With many at different levels of development it took a few months to find stability and build a core to the team. We now have this with a weekly core to the squad of around 11 automatically picking itself. And to their credit all others are knocking onthe door for their chance. A great situation to be in but it will have its drawbacks come the summer when we need to cut the squad size.
In the meantime we will continue to enjoy our football and hopefully keep progressing as we are.
