Injury time goal rescues a point for the RA

James Evison scored in the 91st minute of this league encounter with Seaham Red Star to salvage a point for the RA. They had been behind since Channon North had given the visitors a 10th minute lead and had spurned the chance to equalise earlier when David Webster saw his first half penalty saved by Shaun Newbrook.

The game will be remembered not for the quality of the football but for the number of bookings. Dale Elgie was booked as early as the 6th minute. He was followed into the book by seven yellows for Seaham, which included one after the game had finished,  and their coach was 'sent off' from the dug-out.
