DARWIN FC ARE VOTED TANDRIDGE LEAGUE MOST SPORTING CLUB SEASON 2008/09 TEAMS WINNING SPORTSMANSHIP AWARDS ARE HERON, PAUL AND DAVE - WELL DONE TO YOU ALL - FANTASTIC FOR THE CLUB.

Darwin FC are a Charter Standard Development Club affiliated to the Kent FA with eleven boys teams playing in the Tandridge League and one girls team playing in the Selkent League. Our coaches are FA level 1 and 2 qualified. We are in partnership with Bromley Mytime www.bromleymytime.org.uk and Charles Darwin School www.cdarwin.com . This partnership will put in a bid to the Football Foundation to improve facilities for the School and for Darwin FC by way of club house, changing facilities and G3 all weather pitch. It is hoped that we will have a 25 years lease for this facility, which will be the best facility on offer in the immediate vacinity, currently our mini soccer and 9v9 teams play from the school . Our full sided teams play from Biggin Hill Recreation Ground, our thanks go to Biggin Hill FC for making this possible.

Darwin FC Academies:

Reception/Year 1; From 5pm to 6pm on wednesday evenings at Darwin Leisure Centre. *

Year 1 Progression Academy: Training takes place at Darwin Leisure Centre on wednesdays 5pm to 6pm. *

The above sessions are £3.00 pay as you go - don't forget your shinpads and a drink! Training also takes place throughout the school holidays.

Training Times:

5-6pm Under 5 and 6. This is in conjunction with James Delaney and the Mike Delaney Soccer Skills Academy www.mikedelaneysoccer.com who work with Bromley Mytime. We hope to introduce football and its skills to these age groups as well as providing fun. Teams are formed at Under 7 to play in the Tandridge League.
