
History:
Season 2008/09: The club play under the unofficial name St Domingo's FC in a charity circuit around Merseyside.
June 2009: A decision is made for St Domingos to apply for FA Affliliation and to enter an Amateur Sunday league in Liverpool.
July 2009: St Domingos awarded FA Affiliation however name had to be changed to Domingos FC. Committee is formed with Greg O'Keeffe Chairman, Dave Taylor as Treasurer and Adam Smolarz-Lambert as Club Secretary. The club also announce Ian Wignell as Team Manager
August 2009: With the help of Andy Hayes-Irvine, Tom Craig, Greg O'Keeffe, Ian Wignell and Adam Smolarz-Lambert the club successfully get voted into the Liverpool Formers League
September 2009: Ian Wignell announced as no longer Team Manager, but will remain as a squad player. Adam Smolarz-Lambert, Dave Taylor and Greg O'Keeffe appointed Joint Caretaker Managers until a replacement is found.
Domingos knocked out of County Cup to Thornbreck Alliance the eventual Semi-Finallists.
November 2009: After work by Adam Smolarz-Lambert, Luke Reddy is announced as new Team Manager
January 2010: Club launches new kit, Black and Blue stripes, black shorts, black socks.
April 2010: Excellent work by Club Secretary Adam Smolarz-Lambert and Team Manager Luke Reddy mean Domingos are awarded FA Charter Standard Status.
April 2010: The club launches its first ever emblem, the badge is a symbol of the city of Liverpool
May 2010: Domingos finish their first season as a amateur football club bottom of the Liverpool Formers League. Despite some encouraging performances they were unable to record their first ever win in either league or cup
June 2010: Club Founder Adam Smolarz-Lambert arranges an historic tour to Wroclaw, Western Poland for the Domingos. The 3 day tour sees them come away with a defeat and a victory, and more imporantly establish themselves as a good European amateur football team. Smolarz-Lambert announces plans are already in place for a 2011 tour possibly to Latvia or the Czech Republic.
